We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We're a family business, so if something isn't right with a unit, it falls on us, and we take care of it that same day.
I track every job on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before the trucks head out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I contact you before you need to contact us.

We assign a recurring weekly service day and leave the unit on site until you contact us to have it removed.
Every rental comes with one maintenance visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can add a second visit each week.
We pump out the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replenish paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.
Reserving takes roughly five minutes over the phone. Have your address and dates handy.
